Kate Spade I just came across this lovely retro looking dress and I remembered seeing it in an article about the company's new creative director, Deborah Lloyd in Harpers's Bazaar. I love the way she dresses in her daily life and I can certainly imagine wearing it while sipping on a cocktail at happy hour!
