Happy Weekend! It's a loooooong weekend here in Canada. And the weather is gorgeous. Time to go outside, breathe in some fresh air, plant some flowers and wear your favorite sandals that were locked away for far too long!

Book Launch

It is with lots of emotion that I share with you some photos taken at the J'adore Paris book launch by my friend Cécile Lazartigues- Chartier and Emmanuel Bévia.

It was an evening filled with friendship and love. Thank you to all of you dear friends who dropped by to make it a very special evening.

For those of you who asked, my tulle skirt is by Montreal designer Yves Jean Lacasse, a very talented friend.

Launch Day-J'adore Paris!

Hello mes amies, today is a big day, the official launch date and party for the release of my second novel, J'adore Paris.

So I am off to take care of last minute preparations and wishing you all a wonderful day. I will be sipping some pink bubbly in your honor.

I've recently fallen hard for the color coral, especially all the bold prints and gorgeous variations available at Joe Fresh!

I visited their stand alone store for the first time this week, and...let's just say I went a bit um, crazy.

Aside from some jazzy orange shorts that remind me of fresh oranges, a silk coral shirt, I also picked up the sweet pleated dress above for a mere $39.  After leaving the store, my recent bout of exhaustion magically disappeared.  Just like that. POOF!

I'm Back

Hello my dear friends! I'm back!

Sorry for being away so long.  I have a confession to make: I'm exhausted. Physically, mentally and emotionally.

I've been working hard on the release, marketing, translation and sale of J'Adore Paris and I just needed a break from the blog and the internet for a few days; time alone to rest and recharge the old batteries. I've spent the last few days reading inspirational books and doing yoga.

...And so now with the good news. J'Adore Paris is now available in bookstores and on Amazon! 

To celebrate this joyous event, there are two giveaways going on at the moment. One on Goodreads (open to Canadians) and the other by my French Publisher where you can win signed books and Dior products!

Well, hel-looo there!

Hello dear friends, I really apologize for the lack of posts lately. I've been in need of much rest after a very hectic two weeks.

I'm starting to feel myself just as the flowers are blooming and the sunshine is rearing its happy head. 

We are only a few weeks away from the English launch of J'adore Paris and I'm working hard on organizing many events, including the set up of "French bistro" with bubbly and macarons in the heart of Montreal's largest book store as well as some signings and soirées at various locations. Stay tuned for details. In the meantime, I leave you with this thought:
