Happy Monday! My apologies for the late post, I've been having a pretty hectic weekend. Today is Canadian Thanksgiving, the weather has been spectacular and I spent most of the time outdoors, taking in the gorgeous scenery.
I did a bit of cooking and tried this wonderful roast chicken recipe by Jamie Oliver that was to die for!
